One of my students was asking about our recommended diet at a recent class. Diet is very important for maintaining good health as well as recovery for illness. It’s also an important part of our Tai Chi training. The Tai Chi won’t have beneficial effects if it’s accompanied by a diet of junk food and binge drinking. There’s a Tai Chi day course this Saturday February 28th at Westwood Sports Hall, Warwick University.
The class runs 10-4, everyone is welcome. Course costs £15. Bring a packed lunch.
